Our Company Philosophy

Beyond our experience is our focus on customer service and our endless concern for the bottom line. We are always seeking to improve results and move quickly to make the necessary changes when something is not performing to expectations. We don’t recommend the same thing for every client every time. Each product is unique, each client is unique and each require a plan formulated to that uniqueness. We don’t believe in “one size fits all” and never cookie-cutter our clients. We offer out-of-the-box thinking based on our years of experience, yet don’t pretend to know it all. Instead, we offer our expertise and collaborate with you, carefully planning and executing media tests, to confirm our strategy. We generate response reports daily, and continually analyze results to determine tomorrow’s strategy, endlessly seeking to maximize results. We will assist with tracking, traffic, production, back-end strategies and vendor selection. We have an excellent reputation and great relationships with print and broadcast vendors because, while tough in our negotiations, we are fair and always pay on time.

Dave Postal, is a veteran of the media business for 28 years. As a buyer, planner, account executive, account supervisor and media director, he has worked at advertising agencies, directly on the client side, and at several large media buying services. In 1993, he started Shoot The Moon Media, the forerunner to Over The Moon Media. Dave continually advocates for honest assessments of marketing campaigns, and slow conservative testing of direct response media, combined with steady and thoughtful, gradual rollout of media campaigns and the careful management of results.
Andrew Rosenberg, has spent over 28 years in marketing and advertising management, including 14 years as Sr. Vice President of Marketing for Factory 2-U Stores, a discount clothing store chain that grew, under Andrew’s tenure, from 38 stores to over 280 locations in 14 states. His experience in retail advertising & marketing, and media & financial management makes for invaluable experience in working with our cost conscious clients.
